We believe in giving your Raiviator sunglasses a fair try. That’s why we ask that you use them for at least 14 days before deciding if they’re right for you. If after those 14 days you’re still not satisfied, you can return them within 60 days of your purchase for a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel or make changes to your order? No problem — just let us know within 24 hours of placing it.

After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.

If you cancel within 24 hours, we’ll process your refund within 7 - 10 business days.
Damaged Items
We take care to package every order with care, but if something arrives damaged, we’re here to help.

Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@raiviator.com and include a clear photo of the damage.

We define damage as a physical defect or break in the product itself. Minor cosmetic wear to packaging is not considered damage.

If eligible, we’ll replace the damaged item at no cost to you.

We do not accept returns or offer replacements for items damaged through regular wear, misuse, or accidents.
Shipping & Delivery
We do our best to get your order to you on time, but once it ships, delays caused by couriers, customs, or other third parties are out of our hands.

If your tracking shows delays, missing packages, or delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly for the most up-to-date assistance.

Raiviator is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they leave our facility.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If there’s an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

If we don’t receive a correction within 24 hours, we can’t guarantee a refund or replacement for packages sent to the wrong address.
